Shipping & Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on orders over £40 sent to any UK Maindland address. On all other orders shipping is charged as follows:
Standard delivery: £3.95
This service is usually dispatched via 2nd Class Royal Mail or other couriers depending on the weight of the order and should arrive 3-6 working days after dispatch confirmation.
Premium delivery: £5.95
Premium delivery orders are dispatched via 24 hour or 1st Class Royal Mail service or another courier depending on the weight of the order and should arrive 1-3 working days after dispatch confirmation.
Next Day Guaranteed delivery: 9.95
Our fastest shipping option is dispatched via Special Delivery Royal Mail or another 24 hour courier and is guaranteed to arrive on the next working day after dispatch confirmation. This service is only guaranteed on UK Mainland orders. If you are ordering from another UK location please allow extra time for delivery.

Dispatch Schedule

Orders are dispatched daily Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays with a cut off time of 10am for the same day dispatch. If your order is received before 10am on a week day it will be dispatched on the same day via your chosen delivery service. Orders received after cut off time will be dispatched on the next working day or sooner. All weekend orders are dispatched on Monday excluding Bank Holidays.
During busy times of the year we introduce Saturday dispatch so please call or email us if your order is urgent to confirm the dispatch availability.
Dispatch confirmation emails are sent out as soon as your order is picked, packed and ready for collection by the courier. Out of hours dispatch confirmation emails will be sent for orders scheduled to be collected from us on the next working day.
Most items offered for purchase on our website are in stock and available to immediate dispatch. Should any item in your order be out of stock due to restocking dates of our suppliers we will contact you to offer an alternative item or a later dispatch date.


Should you wish to return your items for any reason please do so within 14 days from the date the order is received and include your order number with the package. The items should be returned unused, unopened and packaged securely to avoid any damage in transit.
We recommend getting proof of postage when returning your items. Should your return get lost in post we would still be able to refund based on the certificate of postage. Certificates of postage are available from any Post Office free of charge.
Refunds are processed within 3 days of receiving the return. Outgoing postage is not refundable.

Damaged & Faulty Items

All items are dispatched in adequate packaging to ensure safe transit. Should any item arrive damaged or faulty please let us know as soon as possible so we can advise on the returns procedure. It would help us greatly if you could take a photo of the item showing any damage/fault and send it to us.
